Data privacy statement

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously. With this privacy statement, we inform you about the nature and scope of the collection and the use of your personal data when you visit our websites and in email contacts on these pages.

You can find the legal basis for it in the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Telemedia Act (TMG).

For your connection with our website, we use an SSL certificate to increase the security of the connection.

So-called "personal data" of you (i.e. information by means of which a person can be identified) is collected and used in cases presented in detail below and - if not by technical reasons, as explained subsequently, too - only if and because you yourself have provided us with this“personal data”.

We ourselves save basically no data during and to your visit on our sites. However, our webhost temporarily stores certain data about each access to our pages in so-called server logfiles. This data includes:

Name of the web page accessed, the date and time of the call, the amount of data transferred, the browser type and version you are using, the operating system of the device you are using, the IP address and the requesting provider.

As a rule, the IP address only tells you which Internet provider or company network your request comes from; as a general principle, an assignment to a particular device is not possible. We will not perform a merger with other data.

If you visit our site through a link on a different page, the referrer URL (the page you visited) is also saved. The referrer URL may contain the search terms you entered in a search engine for a query that you made earlier.

Generally we don’t use the log data at all, and our web host only uses it for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimization of the offer, whereby no individualization takes place.  As a rule, the log files are deleted after a few days. However, we reserve the right to use the log data in the event of a legitimate suspicion of unlawful use of our pages, in order to take appropriate measures (e.g. criminal complaints, civil prosecution).

If you contact us via our contact form or the e-mail addresses on our pages, we use and store the data submitted to us to process your inquiry and in the event that subsequent inquiries arise.

We reserve the right to transfer data to a company connected with us in the event that, given the facts of the case the latter can better answer your request than we ourselves can. There is no transfer to third parties. After attaining this purpose, we will delete the data.

Among other things, we have included maps from "Google Maps" in our webpages, which are displayed to you during the visit.

This is technically only possible if your IP address is sent to the provider of this content. We have no influence on this if the provider stores the IP address, for example for statistical purposes. For this, please see the privacy policy of the provider (see or contact the provider.

Please note that our websites may contain links to third-party websites that are not covered by this privacy statement.

We will be pleased to provide you with free information on the personal data we have stored about you.We will correct any inaccurate data if you indicate the incorrectness. At your request, we can block or delete your personal data stored with us, as long as no legal regulations are opposed.
